ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Foresight  is the  ability  to  see  what will  probably happen in the future and to use this knowledge to make careful plans. It is proven that Jimmy Choo is a succesful entrepreneur.  For sure there are characteristics that he is a man of foresight.  As an entrepreneur, he must think what best for his company so that the business  that he runs would not stuck in the middle and be the role model for other entrepreneurs outside there.  In addition, he also needs to think about how to design and create shoes and diversity his business in order to attract customers and also provide assurance to customers of good produced.  At the same time, he acted as a trouble shooter in his company.  For example, he must be wise in overcome any problems related to employee discipline.  Furthermore, he needs to be careful and think very far in every step and action taken to ensure a good impact on business trips.  Moreover, as an entrepreneur and a great man in his company, he should also have skill on negotiating with external parties about their taste in order to produce the best design.  Jimmy Choo role as a consultant is very important because by this way, he can influence their clients to make a decision.    INTEGRITY AND RELIABILITY

Integrity  and  reliability  is  the  quality or  being  honest  and  having  strong moral  principle  and  moral  uprightness.  From here we can see how the determination and resolve Datuk Dr. Maznah Hamid become a successful entrepreneur. There are many characteristics of entrepreneurs on Datuk Dr. Maznah which can be emulated.  Among them are, integrity and reliability. This can be seen when she herself down on the ground as workers manage the company's operations from bill collectors, police and security guards themselves.  On the basis of the responsibility, irrespective of her rank held by her to do her work and help workers. Versatility  is  used about a person that be able to do different things.  Faiza Bawumi Sayed Ahmad is the owner of the rice wholesaler States Faiza Sdn. Bhd. Versatility allows to adap to many different situations. In this cases, Miss Faiza is a person who likes to find gainful activity can do to prevent their free time alone. To meet the time-free time, she started with sewing embroidery with RM4 capital and sell various kitchen items. She also buy fabrics and make clothes dress for little kids neighbours. Then she produced a set of pillowcases. The result is beautiful and neat seams sold to friends. Through small scale business, she saved up money to make the next business capital. Everything is done at home, from washing, drying and frying the spices. Then, she sends it to the store for ingredients and distributed. Miss Faiza bought another grinding machine and opened a grocery store with a capital of curry sell it. From there, she finds that wholesalers are mostly supplied by other races. Decisive  is  having  the  power or  quality  of  deciding. The founder dan former chairman of the Hyundai Group an own Chung Ju-yung. The character that Chung have is decisive. With the establishment of this factory in 1969, Honda motorcycle is no longer installed in Japan but it was installed in Malaysia so as to save the cost of installation and sales. Dato Alif Syukri is learning from mistakes can be proved after the loan is not approved. He takes up a month  and for many years the supply of paper but bank officials are wasting paperwork and said loans made not pass. Despite his loan in bank kicked, cursed, Caliph. Even they did not even glance and he was very disappointed when it did. He is doing paperwork bother and months for making paperwork. From here he tries to find a way out to solve the problem. Time competence is the ability to do something  well  of  efficiently.  Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, is a world-renowned philanthropist. He is the founder of Al-Rajhi Bank, the largest Islamic bank in the world, and one of the largest companies in Saudi Arabia. He often carries a small diary to record his daily activities and always make sure not to miss out on an activity. The secret behind his work, he was a punctual. Al-Rajhi timeliness can be proved through an interview. This interview has shown how disciplined Al-Rajhi in a timely manner. He often bring a paper to write all the meetings and affairs and always make sure that he not with standing timely.

TASK B

For task b, we chose successful young entrepreneurs who become the phenomenon it is today. He is a man who has five traits like  initiative, versatility, ability to learn from mistakes, foresight, integrity and reliability. The people that we means is a Dato Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman that have five entrepreneurial that we want to explain how he demonstrates.

Initiative is very important in our daily lives. In business, initiative crucial to improve public demand for a product. So the company Dato Aliff Syukri has been initiative variety of products to customers. D'Health products that have four  main product of basic rhino, slimming products, health drinks woman and lipstick and lip treatment nowadays almost 90 new product lines. But he aims to be producing more than 100 products of various fungi health in the future. Among the products is the recent likes Herbal Detox, Bedak Padat Aura Persona Bintang, Premium Diet Plus Fibre, Diamond Foundation, Juice Perawan Plus Collagen, Glow BWhite, Mukjizat Soap Herbal Body Scrub, Pro Montok, Primadona Gold Premix Coffee, Krim Mutiara Gold, Krim Panas Berherba- Makbul Munajat 3 in 1, Jus Arjuna Maxx, Cincin Pacak Arjuna, Gegetah Cinta, Lunas Resdong and more product.  For example, lipstick collagen treatment is priced at RM 25.00 may be owned by different segments of society. Maybe if branded products such as Maybeline New York already reached RM 30 more. By having a strong company, has been operating for 4 years and is among the top selling products in the market Marketing Plan simple and attractive, provide system training and assistance activities, bonus and reward interesting and achievable, providing ease of online systems, have their own factories and producing quality products, products with low price triggers phenomenon worthy quality, a leader in providing products Juice Drinks Health, is committed to the production of products CLEAN, HOLY and HALAL, licensed and company-owned Bumiputera, flexible and easy to tolerate from a business aspect will make D 'Herbs a brand of choice. In addition, he has advertised D'Herbs products in magazines and newspapers such as the Weekly bestsellers in Malaysia Women, Midi, Family, Harmony, Metro, where our ads have been broadcast every week and it was a very big impact because of us. But also had been aired on radio stations nationally and received very encouraging. More encouraging D'Herbs also sponsored programs such as Akademi Fantasia great and Stars for Stars on Astro and TV3. This is a portrait of him looking far in promoting its products as is now the era of globalization and technology.

As a successful entrepreneur, Dato 'Aliff Syukri Kamarzaman very responsible and give full commitment whatsoever in any work done by him. He is also a man who can be trusted in every things.  For example, when he wanted to make a bank loan to be used as capital to start his business, but all the paper work that has been done by him was kicked and thrown the paper work and the bank officials said that the loan did not pass. After that, he has shown his paper to his colleagues and customers related to his desire to do business.  Then he received a shocking response. The average participating in the meeting that I encourage all interested and confident with the business.  He had received a sum of money from his colleagues to be used as an investment. From here we can see that he was using the money for business rather than for anything else.  Indirectly, this proves that he is a person who can be trusted. As a result, the company D 'Herbs have been successful to the extent that boasts today.

6.0   Conclusion

            In my opinion, after we finished this task we can tell that to be a good entrepreneur we should be more confidence towards what we want to do or face if we would like to involved in this entrepreneurship.  Furthermore, we can share a good example to other people on how to be a good entrepreneur based on the example of successful entrepreneur we have conclude in this task. In order to become a successful entrepreneur is not an easy road to reach. One of the recipe of success is we must be prudent in predicting the right product to market. The product must be compatible with the socio-cultural community. The idea is to get the right product to market is also not necessary to be generated through a long or difficult process, but the idea that arises suddenly can also help a person to become a successful entrepreneur.

Besides that, the conclusion we  obtained by our choice of entrepreneur Dato Aliff  Syukri is through a deep interest  there are something can help to achieve success like he said  "To be successful you must love what you do “ .We must have a plan and a purpose in order to reach our goals in business. The characteristics of entrepreneurs who are leaders within these entrepreneurs, would-be entrepreneurs who want to venture into this career, they can make Dato Aliff Syukri as a role model. In his story clearly shows to start a business we must have the courage to deal with various possibilities to come. When a failure is comes, we cannot easily give a  hope otherwise continue  to struggle. When our products are accepted by all segments of society, we have managed to meet the needs and requirements of users. In business, customer satisfaction is a priority for entrepreneurs .
